TESTIMONIALS

" The group is a genuine crafting community with the emphasis on 'community'. Members support each other in so many ways - sharing information, promoting each others' wares, giving each other constructive feedback at the members' workshops, and having 'good craic' together.  All of that creates the unique atmosphere of our Market."

"I am so thankful to all my customers and my fellow traders for their continued custom and support. I have been warmly welcomed into this lovely group of people and really feel that I am part of the Market Family. Everyone is always happy to lend a hand with setting up your stall, grabbing you a cup of tea/coffee or holding the fort if you need a quick break! We are also very lucky to have a great team who organise and manage the market and put up all our canopies. If you are looking for a local friendly market with lots of very talented crafters/foodmakers then I suggest you pay us a visit, you’ll be very glad you did! The weather may not always be on our side but the craic is always great! So come on down and say Hi, we look forward to giving you a very warm welcome. #Support local #Support your market"

"I'm proud to be a member of Naturally North Coast & Glens. Everyone is like minded.. We all want each other to do well and appreciate all the work that goes into crafting and offering a product that we feel would be of interest to the general public. Our customers are amazing in that they all love the stuff we do , from wood to silver to cutlery to spinning and of course the artists who put their own mark on products. Also the way the market is managed, set up, advertised and promoted with leaflets and all the other "behind the scenes" work that goes on, this is appreciated by "ALL".

"What a wonderful day everyone had at Ballycastle Town Market on Saturday, it is by a long shot the best market we've been to. There was so much great produce to choose from, the best that Northern Ireland has. It says a lot about a market when the traders and artists are buying each others product, its all just so good. Check out their page and make a date for yourself to come along to one of the markets, you will not be disapointed"

"This artisan market is second to none.  Having worked in Art & Crafts for many years teaching, exhibiting and trading I have never before met such a group of skilled people.  With everyone putting their hear & Soul into their product and showing a great appreciation of each others skills"

"Pobal an Chaistil very much welcomed the chance to have a stand during the recent  market.  We work very closely with Tachráin an Chaistil (parent and toddler group) and with Naíscoil an Chaistil (pre-school) in Ballycastle and we took this opportunity to advertise both groups and to advertise a fun day that we were arranging for the following Saturday.  We were pleased with the amount of footfall throughout the 3 days of the market and were able to chat to a lot of people about our services.  We would very much like to avail of a similar opportunity again in the autumn"

Thank you,  Le gach dea-ghuí, Brídín

"Greenlight gateway is a local charity that offers training and learning opportunities for adults with a learning disability/ special educational need. It provides opportunities to trainees in areas such as the coffee shop, garden centre and recycling unit.
Our involvement with the market has offered us a Fantastic opportunity to engage with the local community and inform them of the work we do and what we offer the community with our coffee shop and garden centre . We have thoroughly enjoyed the markets we have participated with so far and seen a growing community involvement which other wise would not have occurred otherwise"
